Experience: 2-5 Years
Job Role:

• To complete the daily assembly as per process timing
• To maintain the desired quality standards as per drawings with zero defect
• To maintain jigs & fixture
• To fill daily production report with all details
• To follow the SOP as specified
• To maintain cleanliness
• To reduce the idle time by developing new process and by developing jigs & fixtures
• To take trials on machine if required

Key Competencies Required:

• Should have knowledge of mechanical drawing and assembly tolerances
• Knowledge of Jigs & Fixtures
• Knowledge of measuring instruments
• Knowledge of fits and tolerances

• Should have an operating experience in Conventional machines.
• Should have knowledge of drawing and machining tolerances

Qualification: Diploma/BE Mechanical/Mechatronics

Job Role:

• To clear all trial awaited GRN in time and receive payment
• To resolve customer complaint within 48hrs
• To resolve customer complaints and implement CAPA to achieve  zero customer complaints
• To dispatch of FOC material in committed time and verify receipt at customer end.
• To visit customers on calls and resolve the complaints
• To achieve the spare parts sales targets during service.
• To validate the performance of change parts in-house to cater customers requirement
• To maintain service documents as per formats.

Key Competencies Required:

• Knowledge of all blister packaging machines and materials
• Should have hands on experience on Change Parts
• Knowledge in Customer Care and Service Areas
• Hands on Experience of trails

Division: Machine Division

Job Role:

• Quality Inspection of Blister and Cartoning Machine Components
• Implement QA processes and prepare Documentation
• Conduct CAPA
• Take Machine Trial & Records
• Coordinate with Dispatch Team
• Conduct Internal FAT

Key Competencies Required:

• Exp of Machine Manufacturing
• Knowledge of Blister Pharma Machines, Spare Parts, Documentation & Processes
• Experience of QC and QA
• Report Writing

Location: Navi Mumbai

Experience: 2-4 Years

Job Role:

• Responsible for procurement of Bought Out components like Electrical, Electronic ,Bearings, Fasteners, Pneumatic fittings, Raw Material, Consumable, tooling, Capex & etc require for packaging machines.
• Raising enquiries, Preparing the comparative statements for finalized vendors & conducting the negotiations to choose the best quoted vendors.
• Generate purchase orders against purchase requisitions for require material.
• Release the purchase orders for the selected vendors mentioning all specification, term & condition for the supply of product.
• Co-ordinating with various departments regarding their requirement & resolving issues if any.
• Documentation of all order related correspondence & approval email
• Reconciliation of vendor’s order & related drawings/specification. Ensure product quality maintained at supplier end.
• Co-ordinating with the vendors, service provides & internal department regarding deliveries and maintaining the on time delivery at right quality to meet the organization goal.

Key Competencies Required:

• Male Candidate with Mechanical Engineering Background
• Experience of Estimation and Vendor Development
• Procurement and good negotiation skills
