INTERNATIONAL SALES MANAGER – Bangladesh and SEA

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Planning & Achieving Company Sales Goal
  • Responsible for Achieving Company Collection Targets
  • Responsible for Identifying & Acquiring New Customers
  • Responsible for Handling Key Customer Accounts
  • Responsible for Identifying Exhibitions & Participating in the same
  • Responsible for Handling Entire Marketing Related Activities at Exhibitions
  • Responsible for Hiring & Retention of Entire Sales Team
  • Responsible for Keeping Track of Latest Developments in the Industry (Overall Market & Competitors)

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Should Have Experience in Sales Of Pharma Machinery
  • Should have Experience in Selling to the Export Pharma market including South East Asia and Bangladesh
  • Countries like: Bhutan, India, Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka, Brunei, Burma (Myanmar), Cambodia, Timor-Leste, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.
  • Should have a Proven Track Record of Generating sales of approximately 5 plus Cr YOY
  • Should have Good Commercial Accumen
  • Should have Skills like Leadership, Communication, Good Customer Service, Negotiation

SALES MANAGER- FORMAT PARTS - SOUTH INDIA

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting customers in the region
  • Visiting customers and making product presentations
  • Latest update Market knowledge
  • Competitor information and analysis
  • Customer relationship handling
  • To co-ordinate with Head of Sales and finalize the costing / quotation
  • Track hot enquiries and convert them into orders
  • Responsible for order booking of Change part / format parts
  • Manage to spend within the allocated budget
  • Achieve Sales Target
  • Technical support in approval engineering drawings
  • Follow up and collection of payment from customers
  • Supporting sales and marketing by attending trade shows etc.
  • Attend Exhibitions & Promote Accupack Brand
  • Work with Marketing Team for Branding and Lead Generation Activities
  • Train and Mentor Sales Coordinators and Technical Sales Engineer
  • Keep Track of Latest Developments in the Industry (Overall Market & Competitors)

Required Candidate profile:

  • BE/ Diploma in Engineering
  • Core sales work experience in Pharma Tools/ Die Machinery for 7 -10 years
  • Thoroughly knowing the Pharma Market knowledge of Hyderabad/ Telangana/ Andhra Pradesh
  • Base location at Hyderabad/ nearby
  • Knowing Local Language (Telugu, English)
  • Candidate with excellent communication skills and self-motivator
  • Preferable sales experience in Pharma Packaging Machines / Tools / Die components
  • Should be ready to travel 15 to 20 days a month
  • Should have very Geographical Knowledge
  • Should have own vehicle

FIELD SALES EXECUTIVE - Mumbai and North India

Opening for Location’s:

  • Mumbai (should be based here) [H.O]
  • North (Chandigarh/Panchkula /Baddi should be based here)

Male Candidates Preferred
Experience: 3-5 yr
Monthly Salary Gross: 35k 40k (Depends on work experience)
Qualification: BE / Diploma/ MBA

Reporting to: Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Should have worked earlier in BD profile for at least 2 years with Pharma customers
  • Candidate has to be geographically thorough of north territory
  • Need to have good knowledge of Pharma customer base in the zone
  • Willing to travel extensively
  • Responsible to tap new customers
  • Need to obtain customers Organization structure with business cards and submit to HOD
  • Has to develop enquiries for CP Dom business vertical
  • Should possess excellent communication skills:
    • For North Zone: Should speak good English/Hindi
    • For West Zone: Should speak good English, Hindi, Marathi

EXECUTIVE- SOFTWARE SUPPORT

Experience: 3- 5 yrs
Qualification: Bsc (IT/CS) / Diploma
Monthly Salary Gross: Up to 35k

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical / Software support to the end user (Pharma Clients)
  • Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues Installing & Configuring Hardware & Software
  • Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they’ve solved a technical issue
  • Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
  • Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution
  • Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues
  • Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
  • Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting
  • Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
  • Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers)

Qualification: Diploma Mechanical/ Graduate

Responsibilities:

  • Understand & Interpret customer enquiries and effectively convey to the Tech Sales Dept.
  • Review developed drawings and support documents and highlight discrepancies if any.
  • Ability to communicate the problem solution to Sales Backend Team.
  • Maintain daily status tracker report.
  • Good Team Player & Coordination Skills.
  • Basic Knowledge of Mechanical GD&T.
  • SAP Knowledge shall be an added advantage.
  • Well versed in Microsoft Office Tools.

Required skills

  • Female Graduate with 3-5 Years’ experience in Sales Coordination
